I’m a Level 2 Peak Pilates® Certified Instructor with a passion for helping others feel strong, balanced, and empowered in their bodies. In addition to my Pilates training, I hold a 300-hour certification in Kundalini Yoga, a 200-hour certification in Power Vinyasa and a 100-hour Meditation certification. My teaching style blends mindful movement with strength and breathwork, creating a well-rounded experience tailored to each individual. I enjoy working closely with clients to support their personal health goals, whether they're building strength, increasing flexibility, or finding more ease in everyday movement. It brings me joy to see clients gain confidence, feel better in their bodies and reconnect with their overall well-being.

Sessions will progress at your own pace in a focused environment that boosts motivation and accountability.
Small group yoga offers a setting with more personalized guidance in a supportive atmosphere. You'll receive more attention to your form and alignment, allowing for a deeper and more focused practice. This format balances the social energy of a group with the individualized care needed to enhance your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Sessions will move through a vinyasa flow connecting breath to movement.
